How and why does ACE Group collect and use personal information? ACE Group primarily uses personal information to provide educational services. The information is obtained from admissions forms, first-day forms at the school, and agencies you’ve contracted for study purposes. Family circumstances, medical or SEND issues, attendance, and academic progress are recorded for your welfare and support. ACE may also use CCTV for safety and take photos or videos for promotional purposes.

Financial information Financial information is processed for fee payments, obtained either directly or through contracted agencies.

Sharing occurs with student residences, homestay hosts, and others for service delivery.
