1. Information for Applicants

1.1. All applications to ACE Language School are processed individually. We welcome students aged 18 and above from all nationalities. Prospective students can apply via email (hello@acelanguageschool.com), complete an online application on the school website, or visit us in person.

1.2. Applicants must fill out an application form and submit a copy of their passport or ID card, along with a visa copy if applicable. Application forms are accessible on the ACE Language School website (www.acelanguageschool.com), can be sent via email, or collected in person from the school.

2. How an Application is Considered

2.1. ACE Language School is dedicated to a fair and transparent admissions process.

2.2. Applicants are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions or learning needs for proper accommodation. The school reserves the right to deny admission on medical grounds if needs cannot be met.

2.3. Admission may be refused based on academic needs if the school cannot meet them.

2.4. The school retains the right to refuse admission if there is suspicion that the student may not comply with UKVI regulations or poses a risk to the school’s integrity.

3. Starting a Course at ACE Language School

3.1. Students should arrive at ACE Language School at 9 am on the date mentioned in their offer letter to enroll.

3.2. They must bring a copy of their passport/ID card and visa, including a copy of their Biometric Residence Permit if holding a 30-day vignette.

3.3. Students must complete a contact details form provided by the front desk staff, including UK address, next of kin, and emergency contact details.

3.4. On the first day, students take a placement test, and the academic team may suggest course adjustments based on the results.

3.5. A comprehensive induction covers school policies, including Health & Safety, Complaints Procedure, and Safeguarding Procedure.
